Finalizing your Order and Preparing for shipping

First your windows or doors receive their final treatments. Colors, stains and cladding are applied according to your customs specs, then items are sorted and prepared to be taken to the shipping area of our state of the art facility.

Wrapping and Padding

All the items in your order are individually wrapped and padded to ensure your shipment is protected against movement and friction.

3.

Bracing and Support

Next all items are moved into a steel shipping container and receive support braces between each component.

4.

Additional Padding

As the items are placed into the shipping container, additional padding is added in order to make 100% sure your product will arrive safe and sound. 

5.

Your Container is Ready

After your order has been loaded and packed, it is checked and verified that it is ready to begin its journey to its final destination.

Replacement Parts? No Problem

If you require additional hardware or replacement parts, Battenkill will ship them right to your door— First Class!

Shipping Options

Depending on where you are located and when you need your Battenkill product, we can ship your container via land, sea or air.

All Products Arrive Safe

Your container can be shipped directly to your job site or stored until your project is ready for installation.

Unpacking
